MATISA, a Swiss railway equipment company based near Lausanne, seeks an HR Business Partner to support employees and managers across head office, production, supply chain, administration, and technical office. You will be the close HR partner for groups, manage recruitment end-to-end, implement HR processes, support employee life cycles and drive talent development and engagement.

The position is located in Crissier, near Lausanne, with flexible hours, occasional remote work and Swiss collective

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, at least 5 years.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices and Swiss labour law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and advisory capability.
• Fluent French; professional English; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be the close HR partner for assigned groups and advise managers.
• Manage recruitment from needs definition to onboarding.
• Implement HR processes and policies within scope.
• Support managers and employees through life-cycle stages.
• Contribute to talent development and performance management.
• Assist organizational changes and HR projects.
• Help define and implement the group-wide HR framework.
• Ensure consistent HR practices compliant with Swiss law.
