Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of HR business experience.
• Proven leadership across diverse, global teams.
• Expertise in end-to-end talent management and DEI.
• Strong use of data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience leading change management and communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People leader for the Boudry campus, aligning site People strategy with enterprise direction.
• Partner with Product Development & Supply, Manufacturing, and Operations to integrate HR with business goals.
• Lead core HR processes: performance, succession, engagement, rewards, development; drive analytics.
• Manage complex employee relations in partnership with ER and Legal.
• Collaborate with global HRBPs and COEs to ensure consistent employee experience.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders to enhance capability and effectiveness.
