Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, HRBP for the Boudry campus in Switzerland to lead the People function at a flagship site. You will partner with manufacturing, quality, and global teams to shape and execute local people strategy, drive workforce planning, and enable business performance with data-driven insights.

The role focuses on leadership development, engagement, change management, and building a high-performing culture in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of HR experience.
• Proven leadership with executive coaching at senior levels.
• Expertise in talent management, including end-to-end talent acquisition, performance, engagement, and DEI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People leader for the Boudry campus, aligning local people strategy with enterprise direction.
• Partner with PDS Manufacturing and Operations to integrate people strategy with business objectives.
• Translate global People strategies into locally executable Swiss plans and ensure compliant execution of HR processes.
• Lead engagement, change management, and employee relations to foster trust and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global HRBs and Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless HR services across the matrix.
