Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director, Product, Data & AI Enablement to translate GDO strategy into AI-first product development, data, and analytics capabilities. You will lead a globally distributed team and collaborate with senior leaders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Life Sciences, Medicine, Digital, Pharmacy, or Business.
• 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with leadership in product, data, or analytics.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders in a complex environment.
• Deep experience in digital product development, data strategy, and enterprise planning.
• Proven record of leading globally distributed teams (US, Europe, India).

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy, roadmap, and value realization across GDO verticals including clinical trial analytics.
• Leads AI strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of Agentic AI and analytics use cases.
• Oversees data and product innovation, defining vision, users, value hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Leads global talent pool of product developers and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and transparent reporting.
• Manages partnerships with senior stakeholders to align product, data, and analytics priorities across verticals.
• Engages external ecosystem to explore technologies, platforms, and vendors relevant to clinical development operations.
