Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director, HRBP to act as the country HR lead for CNE and a strategic business partner to the VP, General Manager and Europe HR leadership. You will translate regional priorities into effective local execution and drive a robust people agenda across the country.

You will shape talent, culture, and organizational health, ensuring leadership development, workforce planning, and compliant HR services within a fast-scaling biotech environment in Basel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Recognised HR professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
• 10+ years of experience in biopharmaceuticals or highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using people analytics and HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted adviser to the Vice President, General Manager and Country Leadership Team, shaping and executing the country people strategy in alignment with business priorities and Europe HR strategy.
• Represent the country on the HR Europe Leadership Team, bringing local insights and shaping regional priorities.
