Zusammenfassung

Arago is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant in Geneva to lead international HR transformation projects and drive end-to-end implementations. You will design HR processes, configure Employee Central, and coordinate with clients and partners across Switzerland and Europe.

Fluent English and French are mandatory, with German a plus. Occasional travel within Switzerland and Europe is expected as projects demand.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Proven lead on international HR transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout and transformation projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as the main functional point of contact.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Configure and validate Employee Central solutions and define implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities with clients, partners and internal teams; review deliverables.
• Lead testing, deployment and go-live activities and manage risks.
