Julius Baer is seeking an HR Business Partner for front Regions to deliver strategic HR advice to the Bank's Top and Senior Management, supporting Region Heads and their direct reports in implementing the business strategy.

You will lead change management, organizational development and human capital management, ensure HR policy adherence across units and locations, and play a key role in cost efficiency programs and regional representation in management committees.

Formación

• Define, develop and implement a people strategy aligned with bank strategy and region goals.
• Consult and coach senior management on people management and complex HR issues.
• Support regional heads and reports in implementing business strategy and HR initiatives.
