Job summary

Medacta International is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead marketing and lifecycle management for a specified product portfolio. You will coordinate with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams to drive product development, launches, and ongoing optimization.

The role requires a strong background in biomedical engineering, orthopedic device management, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on collaboration with clinicians and KOLs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in orthopedic surgical device product management, preferably in Sports Medicine/arthroscopy.
• Proven track record of lifecycle management of medical devices or similar regulated products.
• Solid understanding of medical device technologies and clinical environments.
• Familiarity with product innovation processes and collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of products from development to launch and beyond.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for product promotion.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
• Plan and manage product launches within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams for successful development and commercialization.
• Engage with customers and KOLs to gather insights and feedback.
