UNFPA's Humanitarian Response Division in Geneva seeks a Grant and Knowledge Management Specialist to strengthen resource mobilization, reporting and knowledge sharing across multi-country grants.

Under the Head of External Relations, you will coordinate grant proposals, compile donor reports, and maintain knowledge management practices while fostering partnerships with think tanks, academia and policy institutes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of grant management experience relevant to SRH, gender and population and development, including three at the international level.
• Substantive knowledge management and research experience; practical KM and strategic information management exposure.
• Experience with UN system or other international development organizations is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to overall coordination of HRD grant proposals to donors for multi-country grants.
• Compile and produce quarterly, bi-annual and annual donor reports; ensure harmonized reporting.
• Monitor grant reporting compliance and coordinate with HRD units and partners.
• Finalize reports for timely submission to donors and coordinate multi-unit grants.
• Support donor engagement and communications.
