UNFPA in Geneva is seeking a Grant and Knowledge Management Specialist within the HRD to strengthen reporting to donors and manage multi-country grants.

Reporting to the Head of the External Relations Unit, the role collaborates across HRD, regional offices, and COs to ensure coherence, knowledge products, and timely documentation.

The position emphasizes strategic information management, partnership-building, and resource mobilisation in a dynamic humanitarian context.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree as specified in Education.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in grant management relevant to SRH and population development, including international work.
• Strong knowledge management and reporting skills with ability to synthesize information for donors.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to overall coordination of HRD proposal development to donors for new and ongoing multi-country grants for the HRD.
• Compile and produce quarterly, bi-annual, and annual donor reports for all HRD-led grants and other corporate global requirements such as CERF and CBPFs in collaboration with all HRD units and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a harmonized and streamlined approach.
• Finalize all reports for timely submission to donors.
• Coordinate multi-unit grants to ensure effective implementation.
• Support donor engagement and communications.
