Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Global Clinical Packaging Intern to support the Production Enablement function within PTDS Global Clinical Supply Chain Management. You will gain hands‑on experience working with CMOs worldwide, learning global supply chain operations, project management, and vendor logistics while contributing to the delivery of transformative medicines.

You will assist site managers with tracking timelines, ERP order management in SAP, and preparing RFPs/SOWs alongside cross‑functional

Qualifikationen

Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences).
Basic understanding of supply chain, operations or logistics principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal English.

Aufgaben

Assist CMOs operations tracking: timelines, communications, delivery performance for outsourced labeling, packaging, and device assembly.
Learn ERP order tracking in SAP, create purchase orders, review invoice reconciliations.
Support RFIs/RFPs and Statements of Work (SOWs) with Procurement and cross-functional teams.
Help collect, analyze, and report KPIs to improve supply network reliability.
Participate in continuous improvement projects under mentorship.
