Job summary

Smartwool & icebreaker in Stabio, Switzerland is seeking a Senior Global Planner to strengthen global demand planning across the SWIB portfolio. You will consolidate regional inputs into a global view and partner with regional teams, finance, merchandising and supply planning to deliver reliable demand insights.

You will drive reporting, dashboards and executive summaries, highlight risks and opportunities, and support monthly and seasonal demand reviews while pursuing continual improvement of

Qualifications

• Minimum demonstrated experience in demand planning and related analytical roles.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate insights.
• Strong Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative across global and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the global demand planning data collection across regions and channels.
• Consolidate regional inputs into a single global view with key variances.
• Analyse demand trends, forecast changes and channel mix for planning decisions.
• Prepare dashboards and executive summaries communicating moves and risks.
• Partner with regional planning, finance, merchandising and supply planning teams.
• Support monthly and seasonal demand review milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools and data governance.
• Highlight forecast risks and actionables to mitigate exposure.
