Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in economics or management engineering.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 2–5 years of experience in inventory planning in a global or regional function.
  • Strong Excel skills with data visualization.
  • Good ERP knowledge, preferably NetSuite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing and historical data to build the demand forecast.
  • Monitor inventory levels across regions and channels and manage safety stock.
  • Prepare planning inputs and KPIs for monthly S&OP meetings and highlight gaps.
  • Maintain planning data in ERP and develop dashboards.
