Job summary

EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a Global player in the FMCG industry to recruit a Supply Chain Network Planning Manager based in Zug, Switzerland. The role leads tactical network planning across regions, analyses capacity and material requirements, and develops planning scenarios to optimise performance.

You will drive global planning standards, collaborate with regional teams and senior stakeholders, and coordinate packaging material planning with international travel.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning with knowledge of Material Planning and packaging materials.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites in a global network.
• Ability to develop scenarios using planning systems to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical Supply Chain Network Planning across regions, with an 18-month horizon.
• Analyse capacity, material requirements, inventory, and constraints across sites.
• Develop and evaluate planning scenarios to optimise supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with regional Planning and Procurement on materials and packaging needs.
• Drive global planning standards, processes, and capabilities across regions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and alignment.
