Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Counsel to act as a strategic partner to the International Team, reporting to the Senior Director, EU Legal Counsel.

The role supports Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Compliance in day-to-day activities, drafting and reviewing a broad range of agreements and ensuring EU and international compliance. The position requires onsite presence in Zug or Basel, with remote work allowed per policy; you will help implement CLM

Qualifikationen

• Law degree from accredited EU law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in-house or with a multi-country law firm.
• Experience in a commercial stage pharmaceutical company or life sciences industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Draft and review EU contracts including NDA, service, and trial agreements.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and build risk dashboards.
• Support CLM rollout across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with EU and international promotion/regulatory rules.
• Summarize findings for EU Legal Counsel and translate legal concepts for business units.
