Job summary

Swissquote is creating the Client Lifecycle Integrity (CLI) Department and seeks a Head Client Lifecycle Integrity who will lead its strategy, operating model and performance across onboarding, lifecycle management and AML monitoring.

As a senior management director, you will partner with Front Office, Compliance and Technology to enable AI-driven, scalable processes while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in Operations, Compliance, AML or risk within banking/fintech.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven track record in process optimisation, automation and operational excellence.
• Certification in project management or transformation (e.g. PMP) is an asset.
• Strong understanding of data, technology, AI to enhance control and decision-making.
• Expertise in client onboarding, KYC/AML and lifecycle management with regulatory awareness.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities for high-impact matters.
• Experience building high-performing teams, leadership development and succession planning.
• Experience with executives, regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Native French or English speaker, with fluency in the other language.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CLI strategy, organisation, governance and priorities.
• Establish a risk-based control environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide senior leadership on complex cases and escalation decisions.
• Represent the CLI at Senior Management and key governance bodies.
• Collaborate with FINMA, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Drive standards, policies, controls and KPIs across CLI activities.
• Ensure timely reporting of risk and performance indicators to executives.
• Build and develop a high-performing management team.
• Support external and internal audits and regulatory reviews.
