Job summary

Swissquote is establishing the Client Lifecycle Integrity (CLI) department to strengthen onboarding, lifecycle management and AML monitoring. The Head of CLI will lead strategy, governance and a risk-based control framework, working with the Executive Management, Front Office and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant processes.

In this senior role, you will drive continuous improvement, leverage data and AI, and ensure alignment with FINMA expectations and external audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Compliance, AML, Risk Management or similar.
• Proven track record in process optimisation, automation, digitalisation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define CLI strategy, organisation, governance and priorities.
• Oversee onboarding and lifecycle activities, AML monitoring and risk management.
• Drive automation, AI enablement and digitalisation across CLI processes.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance and technology teams to improve control effectiveness.
• Support external audits, regulators and internal reviews.
