Job summary

Swissquote is building a new Client Lifecycle Integrity (CLI) Department in Vaud, Switzerland, seeking a Head of CLI to lead strategy and governance for private client onboarding, lifecycle management and AML monitoring. The role focuses on technology enablement, AI-driven optimisation and scalable operations, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years in a leadership role in Operations, Compliance, AML, Risk Management or similar within banking/fintech.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven track record in process optimisation, automation, digitalisation and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of how data, technology, workflow tools and AI enhance control and efficiency.
• Strong expertise in client onboarding, KYC/AML and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLI strategy, organisation, governance and priorities with clear accountability across the department.
• Oversee onboarding, lifecycle management and AML monitoring for private clients.
• Drive automation, digitalisation and continuous improvement across CLI processes.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, technology and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Report key risk and performance indicators to senior management and foster a culture of excellence.
