Job summary

Swissquote is creating a new Client Lifecycle Integrity (CLI) department. As Associate-Director, you will lead an HNWI CLI team across onboarding, periodic reviews and due diligence controls, reporting to the Head HNWI CLI – Vice Director.

You will ensure operational excellence, risk management and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvements in a dynamic banking environment. You will combine leadership with process optimisation and leverage data analytics and AI to enhance

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Economics, or related field; certification in Compliance Management a strong asset.
• 5–7 years in client onboarding, periodic reviews, KYC/AML, or compliance operations in finance.
• Strong leadership potential and good knowledge of Swiss AML/KYC regulations.
• Interest in process optimisation and technology-driven improvements; experience with automation or AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HNWI CLI team, overseeing onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing due diligence activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management and high-quality service delivery to senior management.
• Drive automation, data analytics and AI to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
• Develop team capabilities and drive continuous improvements in processes and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and represent HNWI CLI in cross-functional initiatives.
