Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense, Europe’s leading MSSP, seeks a Major / Key Account Manager for the Geneva region. You will drive growth by acquiring new customers and managing major accounts, while expertly presenting our security solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Lead the design and negotiation of complex, customer-specific security solutions, coordinate with technical teams, and build long-term strategic partnerships. Fluent English and French are required for this role.

• Proven track record managing large multinational accounts and complex managed services deals.
• Hunter mindset with ability to rapidly build a robust pipeline.
• Strong negotiation skills in high-pressure commercial environments.
• Inspirational leadership to motivate yourself, your team and clients.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to navigate large organizations.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Acquisition of new customers and proactive management of existing major accounts
• Portfolio Mastery: Present our comprehensive solution and service portfolio to C-level stakeholders
• Solution Design: Lead the creation and negotiation of complex, customer-specific security solutions
• Collaborative Sales: Prepare and coordinate sales activities in close alignment with our technical and pre-sales teams
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and further develop long-term strategic partnerships
• Market Presence: Represent the brand at trade fairs, symposiums, and exclusive customer events
