Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent with demonstrated success in audit, compliance, or customer success roles.
• Minimum five years' experience managing demanding, complex customer accounts in data center, IT, telecommunications, or related industries.

• Own the full customer lifecycle for strategic accounts, delivering service aligned with SLAs and customer expectations.
• Serve as the trusted main contact for escalations, incidents, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate across internal teams to streamline service delivery and mitigate risks.
• Lead strategic reviews to ensure ongoing customer alignment and satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvements to audit quality, process efficiency, and transparency.
• Manage multinational customer relationships across diverse stakeholders.
