Digital Realty seeks a Customer Success professional to own the full lifecycle for strategic accounts, ensuring flawless service delivery and proactive issue management across onboarding to offboarding. The role spans global, multinational clients with a focus on audit, compliance, and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with internal teams to drive operational excellence, maintain thorough documentation, and support on-site audits to strengthen trust and renewal potential.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' experience managing demanding, complex customer accounts.
• Strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure and IT environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence within matrixed orgs.
• Ability to work across diverse teams and geographies to deliver seamless experiences.
• Resilience to engage in difficult conversations and manage escalations professionally.
• Fluent English and basic German skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the full customer lifecycle for strategic accounts, delivering service aligned with SLAs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for escalations, incidents, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate across internal teams to streamline service delivery and mitigate risks.
