Zusammenfassung

Digital Realty in Zürich is seeking a Site Engineer (f/m/d) to own maintenance and repair of complex electrotechnical and mechanical systems within our Zurich data centre, ensuring compliance with standards and SLAs while coordinating subcontractors.

You will participate in structured shift rotations, support safety audits, and drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement, acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external providers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with large-scale electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems in mission-critical ops.
• Willingness to work in shift patterns, including nights.
• Swiss context: EFZ diploma or engineering degree preferred.
• Strong English (B2+) and German advantage for Zurich site culture.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair complex electrotechnical and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and service providers.
• Assist in incident response and risk mitigation to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Contribute to energy efficiency and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance across the site.
