Zühlke in Switzerland seeks a Data & AI Consultant to ensure project impact from development to pre-sales and client delivery, acting as a trusted advisor.

You will guide data/AI strategy, transform, and platform development, coordinating across data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders at all levels.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proposals, and developing reusable assets while shaping data-enabled solutions for clients.

Qualifikationen

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops, etc.
• Experience in Data / AI-related work.
• Wide-ranging data / AI literacy with informed views on topics like Responsible AI and Data Mesh.

Aufgaben

• Help clients achieve their data & AI ambitions on diverse projects, including strategy and transformation.
• Lead development of bespoke AI solutions, supervise delivery teams and ensure user acceptance.
• Develop data / AI platforms by aligning architectures with user requirements and operating models.
• Bridge delivery teams and business stakeholders at all levels, from CXOs to junior staff.
• Contribute to Zühlke's growth by supporting consultants and business developers across the sales pipeline.
• Act as an ambassador and thought leader, publishing content and speaking at events.
