Zurich seeks a Skills Strategy & AI Capability Lead to design and implement a skills-led approach that supports the growth and transformation priorities of Zurich’s Life, Health & Bank Distribution business in Zurich.

You will translate business strategy and AI-enabled operating models into the capabilities the organisation needs and lead the development of a practical skills framework, embedding skills across talent and learning processes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in skills strategy and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience designing and implementing skills frameworks in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation and digital work requirements.
• Proven track record leading enterprise change and influencing senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead skills strategy development and implementation roadmap for Life, Health & Bank Distribution.
• Translate business priorities into future capability requirements and plans.
• Identify skills gaps and inform workforce planning, hiring, succession and upskilling decisions.
• Shape technical learning for AI-enabled systems with practical learning approaches.
• Create role-based, personalised learning pathways and embed skills across talent processes.
• Drive adoption by engaging senior leaders and enabling managers to use insights.
• Utilise workforce data to generate insights and measure capability growth and impact.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across business, HR, Learning, technology and data teams.
