Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior AI Risk Manager to ensure that our AI-enabled transformation delivers value while remaining aligned with risk appetite and governance standards.

You will lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation and coordination across the group-wide AI programme, partnering with project teams and senior leaders to identify material risks, dependencies and critical decisions. The role requires 8+ years in insurance or reinsurance and hands-on risk management experience.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Hands-on risk management and control-function experience.
• Proven experience in major transformation programmes or complex strategic initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation and coordination across Swiss Re's AI programme.
• Partner with project teams and senior leaders to identify material risks and decisions.
• Challenge business cases and monitor risk exposure against the approved plan.
• Assess governance, controls and guardrails across the AI lifecycle.
• Provide concise risk advice to senior management and governance bodies.
• Coordinate input from AI Governance, Model Validation, Legal and Internal Audit.
