- Develop and grow customer relationships by understanding scientific, technical, and business requirements and providing consultative solutions across our portfolio of analytical instruments, consumables, and services.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
