As Store Planning & Retail Design Procurement Manager (M/F), you will drive operational excellence across the Store Design & Visual Merchandising department. Acting as a transversal partner to both the Store Design and VM & Scenography teams, you will be responsible for improving project performance through Value Engineering, supplier strategy, cost optimization and process excellence. You will support the worldwide delivery of boutiques, VM programs, pop-ups and client event scenography, ensuring the best balance between brand impact, quality, cost, lead time and operational efficiency.

Start date: As soon as possible
Master's degree or equivalent, with at least 8–10 years of experience in Retail Development, Store Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising production, supplier management or operational performance, preferably within a premium or luxury environment. Strong understanding of retail construction, VM production and temporary retail activations. Proven experience in supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, RFQs, Value Engineering and cost optimization. Strong analytical, operational and financial acumen, with experience in project management, KPI development and performance reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical and commercial teams. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen and a continuous improvement approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced international environment. Fluent in English and French.
