Ceebly is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Switzerland to lead luxury boutique teams across Geneva/Lausanne and Zurich markets. You will drive sales, elevate client experiences, and oversee daily operations, including CRM-driven clienteling and VIP relationship management.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in premium retail, and fluency in French and English (Geneva/Lausanne) or German and English (Zurich). A hands-on, results-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in premium or luxury retail, including 2–3 years in management.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and meeting commercial targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of retail KPIs, CRM and clienteling practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer experience.
• Hands-on leadership with strong organisational abilities.
• Experience in luxury fashion, watches, jewellery, or premium beauty is highly valued.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.

Sales Performance & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and optimise retail KPIs, including conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT) and productivity.
• Develop and implement commercial action plans to maximise boutique performance.
• Identify business development opportunities within the local market.

Client Experience & Clienteling

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international clientele.
• Develop effective CRM and clienteling initiatives to strengthen loyalty and repeat business.
• Manage VIP/VIC relationships in line with brand expectations.

Retail Operations

• Oversee daily boutique operations, stock management and inventory.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Maintain high operational standards and compliance with company procedures.
• Provide accurate commercial reporting and performance analysis.

Profil recherché :

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally including a minimum of 2-3 years in a management position.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving commercial objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of retail KPIs, CRM and clienteling practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer experience.
• Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience in luxury fashion, watches, jewellery, premium beauty or accessories is highly valued.

Language Requirements

• Geneva / Lausanne: Fluent French and English.
• Zurich: Fluent German and English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
