Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland, part of Swiss Education Group, is seeking a Steward (W/M/X) for a fixed-term assignment from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The role involves daily cleaning of equipment and kitchen facilities and assisting the chef with requisitions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of work experience, fluent French and English, and a patient, organized mindset with Swiss or European nationality/permit.

Responsibilities :

• Daily cleaning of equipment and material and kitchen facilities
• Assist the chef with the requisitions and storage of kitchen goods
• Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw material
• Clean machinery and fridges following the HACCP regulations
• Control the good functioning of the kitchen equipment and report

Requirements :

• 1\-3 years work experience
• Excellent knowledge FR/ANG
• Patient, organized, and flexible Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
