Zusammenfassung

Swiss Education Group (SEG) is seeking a Steward (W/M/X) for Cesar Colleges Switzerland, from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. Responsibilities include cleaning, assisting the chef with requisitions, and supporting the kitchen team while ensuring HACCP compliance.

Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, with fluency in French and English, and demonstrate patience, organization, and flexibility. Swiss nationality or valid permit/CE-AELE are required.

We are currently looking for our campus Cesar Colleges Switzerland for a Steward (W/M/X) from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of equipment and material and kitchen facilities
• Assist the chef with the requisitions and storage of kitchen goods
• Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw material
• Clean machinery and fridges following the HACCP regulations
• Control the good functioning of the kitchen equipment and report

Requirements

• 1-3 years work experience
• Excellent knowledge FR/ANG
• Patient, organized, and flexible Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
