Qualifications

• Proven engineering people manager who has built and led specialist teams to shipped hardware or security products.
• Execution owner with the technical credibility to lead deep experts, while leaving technical direction to the programme’s senior technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cryptographic engineering team delivering PQC hardware acceleration.
• Coordinate with hardware security product portfolio for HSM and network-appliance apps.
• Develop and mentor a team of 8+ engineers to meet project milestones and quality standards.
