Squad is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for its Geneva office to strengthen security across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with platform developers to embed security controls, automate security tasks, and monitor production systems for intrusions and incidents.

You will define, implement, and maintain DevSecOps processes and dashboards, while ensuring timely response to alerts and collaboration with product teams. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Participation in defining and implementing DevSecOps processes, measures and tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement security tools and processes as part of continuous software development and deployment.
• Integrate security into the software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment).
• Collaborate with platform developers to embed security control tools into CI/CD and raise DevSecOps autonomy.
• Define, implement, and maintain a DevSecOps dashboard and monitor IT security indicators.
• Investigate alerts and vulnerabilities and coordinate with development teams to remediate.
• Lead monthly IT operational security discussions with product teams.
