LogicStar is building production-grade software engineering agents in Zurich. This backend-focused role will turn research methods and customer implementations into reliable production systems.

You will own critical platform components, set high engineering standards, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with customers to ensure solutions meet real-world constraints. Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience across backend services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Python skills; experience with Go, TypeScript, or C++.
• Experience designing systems and APIs that scale with product and customer growth.
• Ability to translate prototypes or research ideas into dependable software.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers through design discussions and reviews.
• Comfort working directly with customers to translate problems into requirements.

• Turn research into reusable product capabilities and robust platform features.
• Own and evolve core platform components for evaluation and monitoring.
