Zusammenfassung

Sygnum Bank in Zürich seeks a Senior Engineer to strengthen the Client Lifecycle team. You will design and implement scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Azure, and API integrations, shaping the backbone of client onboarding and servicing.

You will mentor junior engineers, own the full development lifecycle, and collaborate with SRE, Security, and Platform teams to ensure resilience, security and compliance in a fast-paced, crypto-native environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and PowerPlatform or other SAAS solutions.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and secure cloud architecture.
• Experience working with sensitive data (PII) in regulated environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Agile, MVP-driven approach and curiosity for new technologies.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement scalable solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM PowerPlatform and Azure.
• Design and implement APIs and backend services in C#/Azure and Java/Quarkus.
• Design and implement Java and/or Python based AI agents.
• Build and manage integrations using Azure Functions and API Management.
• Configure and secure Azure infrastructure for integration scenarios.
• Ensure high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Platform teams to ensure resilience, observability, and compliance.
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from design to production.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
