Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re is looking for curious graduates to join an 18-month Graduate Programme starting on 1 September 2027. You will rotate into local teams, gain hands-on experience in financial reporting and SST, and receive tailored training to build your expertise.

As a Swiss Solvency Test Reporting Analyst, you will work across Finance and Risk teams, contribute to SST reporting to FINMA, and help automate processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics in Corporate Finance or related field.
• High numerical aptitude and integrity.
• Strong analytical and holistic financial mindset.
• Proactive, independent and team-oriented with ability to deliver under time pressure.
• Clear communication adaptable to audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Python; open to AI-enabled technologies.
• Eager to learn new skills and technologies.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the preparation and calculation of SST available capital and its expected change.
• Support the production of SST reports submitted to FINMA and the Financial Condition Report.
• Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, Treasury, Finance IT and Risk Management.
• Analyze key drivers and prepare insights for Finance stakeholders.
• Perform reconciliation of IFRS and SST balance sheets.
• Look for opportunities to standardize and automate reporting processes.
• Contribute to finance-related projects to improve efficiency and controls.
• Maintain and develop financial codes for underlying calculations.
