Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re invites graduates to join its 18‑month Graduate Programme starting 1 September 2027. You’ll rotate across local teams, gain hands‑on experience in reinsurance, and receive tailored training to build expertise in financial reporting and SST.

You’ll work with Finance, Asset Management, Treasury and Risk Management, contributing to SST calculations and regulatory disclosures while developing a broad network for future roles within Group Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics, Corporate Finance or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with a financial mindset.
• Clear communication and ability to work in teams and under time pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; programming experience welcomed (e.g., Python).

Aufgaben

• Contribute to SST reporting and related regulatory disclosures.
• Assist with SST calculations for Swiss-domiciled entities and group.
• Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, Treasury and Risk Management teams.
• Analyze drivers and provide insights for finance stakeholders.
• Help ensure accuracy and controls in SST and IFRS reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate reporting processes.
• Support finance projects to improve efficiency and resilience.
• Maintain and develop financial codes for calculations.
