Job summary

Job description

• Relevant university degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Certification in business analysis (e.g CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL) or Business Process Modelling Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification Project Management Certification

Skills Set Required:

• Collaborate and communicate closely with stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver business requirements, processes designs & prototypes
• User story design and management
• Requirements gathering including acceptance criteria definition
• Business process modelling capability, including synthesizing different teams business practices into a common workflow with data flows and defined business logic
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management including script creation, testing and acceptance criteria sign-off
• Analytical problem-solving capability in complex or ambiguous contexts
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
• Excellent communication skills; spoken and written English
• Resolve user issues & challenges with careful communication

Experience Required:

• At least 6 years of experience as a business analyst delivering IT implementation projects
• Experience working on Customer Relationship Management Solution projects

• Experience in international organizations, customer experience, or stakeholder engagement transformation programs
