Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Extensive chromatography development and production experience.
• Experience in API development, clinical supply, or manufacturing sciences.
• Hands-on chromatography with preparatory HPLC equipment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and process development.

Aufgaben

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for manufacturing of chromatography processes.
• Perform risk analyses and ensure control measures are implemented.
• Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and operator training.
• Drive cost control, continuous improvement, audits and standardization.
• Develop chromatography equipment and process expertise.
• Program and operate chromatography equipment for manufacturing.
• Act as expert for Drug Linker Toxin production and SBP activities.
