Responsibilities

• Manage measurement and calibration devices across lifecycle.
• Maintain device and calibration master data in SAP PM.
• Coordinate planned calibration activities and due dates.
• Ensure devices have valid calibration status for intended use.
• Coordinate internal and external calibration activities and service providers.
• Review calibration certificates and related technical documentation.
• Assess and handle out-of-tolerance cases and calibration deviations.
• Handle investigations, non-conformances and CAPAs related to calibrations.
• Ensure calibration activities meet GMP, site requirements and approved strategies.
• Create and continuously improve calibration plans and maintenance strategies.
• Ensure transparency of device status, overdue activities and KPI relevance.
• Introduce changes and obsolescence of measuring devices.
• Serve as technical contact for engineering, maintenance, production and quality.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and digitization in calibration and metrology management.
• Responsible for audits and inspections by providing complete calibration documentation.

Job Description:

Positionsübersicht Der Spezialist Mess- und Referenzgeräte ist verantwortlich für die effektive Verwaltung und Koordination von Mess- und Kalibriergeräten am Standort Schaffhausen. Die Funktion stellt sicher, dass die Geräte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus ordnungsgemäss erfasst, instand gehalten, kalibriert und dokumentiert werden und den geltenden GMP-Anforderungen, internen Vorgaben sowie technischen Standards entsprechen. Die Position arbeitet eng mit Engineering, Instandhaltung, Produktion, Qualität sowie externen Kalibrierdienstleistern zusammen.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Verwaltung der Mess- und Kalibriergeräte am Standort über deren gesamten Lebenszyklus.
• Pfleget korrekter Geräte- und Kalibrierstammdaten, einschliesslich der relevanten Daten in SAP PM und zugehörigen Systemen.
• Koordination und Überwachung geplanter Kalibrieraktivitäten, Fälligkeitstermine und Bearbeitungsstatus.
• Sicherstellung, dass Messgeräte über einen gültigen Kalibrierstatus verfügen und für den vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck geeignet sind.
• Koordination interner und externer Kalibrieraktivitäten sowie externer Dienstleister.
• Prüfung und Verwaltung von Kalibrierzertifikaten und zugehöriger technischer Dokumentation.
• Bewertung und Bearbeitung von Out-of-Tolerance-Fällen (OOT) sowie kalibrierungsbezogenen Abweichungen.
• Bearbeitung von Untersuchungen, Non-Conformances und CAPAs im Zusammenhang mit Kalibrierungen oder Messgeräten.
• Sicherstellung, dass Kalibrieraktivitäten den geltenden GMP-Anforderungen, Standortvorgaben und genehmigten Kalibrierstrategien entsprechen.
• Erstellung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Kalibrierplänen, Kalibrierintervallen und Instandhaltungsstrategien.
• Sicherstellung der Transparenz hinsichtlich Gerätestatus, überfälliger Aktivitäten und relevanter KPIs.
• Einführung, Änderung, Ersatz und Ausserbetriebnahme von Messgeräten.
• Funktion als technischer Ansprechpartner für Engineering, Instandhaltung, Produktion und Qualität bei Fragen zu Kalibrierung und Messtechnik.
• Identifikation von Möglichkeiten zur Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Prozessverbesserung im Bereich Kalibrierung und Messgerätemanagement.
• Verantwortlich in Audits und Inspektionen durch Bereitstellung vollständiger und korrekter Kalibrierunterlagen und technischer Dokumentationen.

Qualifikationen:

• Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Engineering, Automation, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Messtechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet.
• Erfahrung mit Messgeräten, Instrumentierung, Kalibrierung oder Instandhaltung in einem regulierten Umfeld.
• Verständnis der GMP-Anforderungen und der entsprechenden Dokumentationsanforderungen.
• Erfahrung mit SAP PM oder vergleichbaren computergestützten Instandhaltungsmanagementsystemen von Vorteil.
• Gutes Verständnis von Kalibriergrundsätzen, Messbereichen, Toleranzen, Akzeptanzkriterien und messtechnischer Rückführbarkeit.
• Strukturierte und sehr genaue Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Fähigkeit zur funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Instandhaltung, Produktion, Qualität und externen Dienstleistern.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
