Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Schaffhausen seeks an experienced Supervisor Production Support to lead the NC/CAPA team in BU Parenterals, ensuring timely closure of non-conformances and CAPAs in line with GMP and safety requirements.

The role coordinates Change Controls, NC/CAPA reviews, and serves as the main contact for NCs/CAPAs and the Comet System, collaborating across functions to sustain compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX policies and applicable guidelines.
• Timely creation, handling, monitoring, and closure of Non-Conformances (NCs) and CAPAs.
• Timely creation, handling, monitoring, and closure of Change Controls (CHGs) for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and lead all NC/CAPA Review Meetings for BU Parenterals.
• Act as the primary contact for NCs/CAPAs and the Comet System within BU Parenterals.
• Be the primary contact for Quality Systems within BU Parenterals.
• Self-driven management and development of the NC/CAPA team per org chart.

Zweck:

Der NC/CAPA Supervisor leitet ein Team das verantwortlich ist für die Erstellung, Bearbeitung, und Abschluss von Non-Conformances innerhalb BU Parenterals.

Die Funktion stellt sicher, dass NCs und CAPAs on time, GMP-konform und effizient abgeschlossen werden.

Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

Überwachen und Einhalten von Sicherheits- Unfallverhütungs- sowie Hygiene- und Umweltschutzvorschriften

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, EHS- und SOX-Vorgaben sowie der relevanten Richtlinien, die mit der jeweiligen Funktion verbunden sind.

Zeitnahe Erstellung, Bearbeitung, Überwachung und Abschluss von Non-Conformances (NCs), CAPAs, und daraus resultierender Massnahmen

Zeitnahe Erstellung, Bearbeitung, Überwachung und Abschluss von Change Controls (CHGs) im Rahmen der zugewiesenen Projekte

Koordination und Leitung aller NC/CAPA Review Meetings für BU Parenterals

Aktiver Ansprechpartner für BU Parenterals NCs / CAPAs und Comet System

Aktiver Ansprechpartner für Quality Systems innerhalb BU Parenterals

Selbstständiges Management und Entwicklung der NC/CAPA Team gemäss Organigramm

Ihr Qualifikationsportfolio & unsere Anforderungen:

Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (deutsch/englisch)
