As architectural lead, you will design scalable, integrated solutions supporting Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Digital Customer Experience.

You will govern standards, define roadmaps, and collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to evolve CRM capabilities across SAP ecosystems, S/4HANA and SAP BTP.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in CS, BI, or Engineering with SAP CRM transformation experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Sales Cloud v2, SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data management.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures and roadmaps.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and working in SAFe environments.

As the architectural lead, you will design scalable and integrated solutions that support Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Digital Customer Experience processes, ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other enterprise platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams, drive architectural decisions, govern technology standards, and help define the future roadmap of our customer engagement ecosystem.

These are the skills you'll need

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification, combined with proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect in large-scale SAP CRM transformation programs
• Deep expertise in SAP Sales Cloud v2, SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite within complex global SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, including APIs, event-driven architectures, master data integration, customer data management, and enterprise integration patterns
• Ability to define architecture roadmaps, lead technical governance, and translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and future-oriented solution designs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with experience working in Agile (SAFe) environments and influencing business and technology decisions at senior leadership level
