• Proven ability to create architecture deliverables in waterfall and Agile environments.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

In this role, you will shape the architecture of our service processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CS, SM & SD, Service Cloud (C4C V2), SAP Field Service Management, and Asset Manager. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation partners to ensure robust, future-ready service solutions.
