Bühler Group is seeking a hands‑on Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable SAP‑driven service architectures across our global Customer Service landscape. • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD) as well as experience with Service Management in S/4
• Proven ability to create architecture deliverables in both waterfall and Agile environments
• Fluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills

In this role, you will shape the architecture of our service processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CS, SM & SD, Service Cloud (C4C V2), SAP Field Service Management, and Asset Manager. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation partners to ensure robust, future‑ready service solutions.
