You will lead introduction of new products and drive development, scale-up, and optimization of crystallization, filtration, drying, and milling processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Focus on crystallization, filtration, drying or solid form tech preferred.
• Experience in R&D, Process Development, MSAT, or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support new product introductions and scale-up.
• Develop crystallization, filtration, drying, and milling processes.
• Provide technical support through troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Plan and supervise lab and process development studies.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present results.
• Ensure knowledge transfer during product implementation.
