Qim info is seeking an experienced Senior Test Architect to join our Swiss-based delivery teams in Geneva. You will shape verification strategies for complex, safety-critical systems and lead integration, system, and end-to-end testing efforts.

You will design automated test suites (Squish, JMeter) and guide multi-disciplinary teams through risk-based testing, performance and reliability assessments, in a regulated environment requiring strong quality standards and clear communication across

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in system integration and testing in complex environments.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Squish or JMeter.
• Programming in Python and/or Java.
• Ability to define test strategies and verification plans for large projects.
• Understanding of APIs, networking and distributed architectures.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with safety-critical or highly regulated systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 15288, ED-153, ED-109, DO-178C or equivalent standards.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification.

Aufgaben

• Design, execute, and maintain test strategies and verification plans.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for functional and non-functional testing.
• Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis with dev/ops teams.
• Coordinate and report testing activities across stakeholders.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and risk mitigation throughout delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.
