Zusammenfassung

Qim info in Switzerland seeks an experienced test professional to drive verification and validation of complex critical systems. You will design, execute, and maintain integration, system, and end-to-end tests across software, hardware, and interfaces.

You will build automated test suites (Squish, JMeter) and harnesses using Python or Java, define risk-based strategies, ensure coverage and traceability, and coordinate across stakeholders in an international, highly regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

In a nutshell

As part of a team responsible for the verification and validation of complex critical systems, you will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and quality. You will contribute to integration, system, and end-to-end testing activities while helping to strengthen testing methodologies, automation practices, and quality standards within a highly regulated environment.

Your mission:

• Design, execute, and maintain integration, system, and end-to-end tests covering interactions between software components, hardware platforms, and external interfaces.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for both functional and non-functional scenarios, including performance, resilience, failover, and reliability testing.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with development and operations teams to resolve issues and improve overall system quality.
• Define and drive test strategies, verification plans, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Ensure test coverage, requirements traceability, and effective risk mitigation throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate and report testing activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, quality standards, and automation practices.

Profile sought:
