BetterNight is seeking a Market Manager to build a premier sleep market in the Washington and Oregon territory. You will develop relationships with referral partners and manage the territory as a business, driving growth through exceptional service and strategic partnerships.

This role offers uncapped commissions and a realistic earnings potential of $200K+ for top performers, with a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sleep industry sales experience with large accounts.
• Strong field presence and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently to build enterprise-level partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers
• Own and develop your territory like a business
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities
• Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners
• Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth
• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events
