BetterNight seeks a Market Manager for Sleep in Arizona/Nevada to build a premier sleep market. You will hunt large accounts, develop top-tier referrals, and drive CPAP/sleep therapy growth while delivering premium patient experiences.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, aggressive accelerators, and realistic earnings of $200K+ for market builders. Travel within the territory and leadership collaboration are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sleep industry relationships and the ability to build enterprise-level partnerships.
• Experience selling CPAP, sleep diagnostics, or related sleep therapies.
• Track record of developing new markets and large physician group accounts.

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers.
• Own and develop the territory like a business.
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
