Job-Room is seeking an experienced commercial professional to shape global growth through market expansion and strategic partnerships. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and complex international transactions, with ownership of cross-border agreements and long-term value creation.

The candidate will lead market-entry strategy development, identify and engage partners, and drive a robust pipeline across multiple markets while coordinating with M&A specialists on transaction diligence.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15+ years in strategic partnerships, market expansion, licensing, corporate development or related fields.
• Proven track record of independently leading complex commercial negotiations and strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of value creation, partnership structures and market development.
• Experience with acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures or strategic transactions is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Drive international market expansion initiatives from strategic assessment to execution.
• Identify, evaluate and engage prospective partners, operators, investors and strategic stakeholders.
• Develop and execute market-entry strategies across existing and new markets.
• Build a robust international opportunity pipeline through proactive market assessment and relationship development.
• Structure, negotiate and conclude complex commercial agreements and long-term partnerships.
